Inside Grace in Bloom

Updated: Jun 22

There has always been something special about flowers.

My love of everything flowers, God's creation, and His grace is the main inspiration behind the Grace in Bloom collection. That, and the smiles, comfort, and encouragement a bloom can bring to someone walking through a difficult season. 🌸

I must say, I also absolutely love photographing them. The more blooms the merrier, I say!

Although, I am NOT a green thumb. A big THANK YOU to those who are. The world is certainly more beautiful because of you.

So, what exactly is Grace in Bloom? At its heart, Grace in Bloom is about growing in God's grace.

And what does that mean? Honestly, it's a question I have asked many times throughout the years—through seasons of ups and downs, uncertainty, growth, and learning to trust God more deeply. The grace of God is such an incredible gift. Through Jesus Christ, God offers us redemption and freedom from sin. Even though we are imperfect and fall short, His love remains constant.

For me? Yes.

And for you? Yes.

That kind of love never stops amazing me.

Because of that, Grace in Bloom is intended to be a safe room within The Creative House—a place where you can grow right where you are.

Right in this season.

Right in this difficulty.

Right in this moment.

A place to be reminded that God's love is everlasting, that He is faithful, and that He is a good, good God.

A place to remember that He has plans for you. Plans to give you hope and a future.

A place to trust that even when growth feels slow, God is still working.

Even through the growing pains we all experience from time to time.

Especially through those growing pains.

In this space, you'll find creative pieces designed to serve as reminders of God's grace, faithfulness, and love.

You'll also find opportunities for women to gather together through creativity, encouragement, fellowship, and faith.

My prayer is that Grace in Bloom becomes a place where women feel welcomed, encouraged, and reminded that they are never walking alone.

So grow in grace, my friend. Trusting in the goodness of God.

Relying on the Word of God. Resting in the love of God.

And believing that the One who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.

Scripture for Reflection

Philippians 1:6

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Psalm 23:6

"Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."

Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
